Pre/Postnatal Yoga

Yoga isn't just for Adults! Yoga helps children manage anxiety, teaching them breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Yoga also helps improve a child's emotional regulation and can boost their self-esteem and self-confidence. It can also help facilitate greater awareness, mindfulness, and concentration.

Our Little & Mini Yogi's class focuses on the union of the spirit, mind and body. Our curriculum is focused around yoga basics and mindfulness. We use games, stories, imagination and kid friendly yoga poses to simplify a complex, ancient practice into something that is modern, inclusive, accessible and fun.​

Have fun with baby while getting back to feeling like yourself again. Interact and bond with your littles, while learning mindfulness, moving through gentle postures and finding some quiet time/meditation. You may also make acquire some new mom friends while find support from other new parents!
These classes provide an opportunity for moms or dads to get out with their kiddos and explore fun ways to stay healthy and active together. This class will be structured to cultivate physical and emotional bonding while learning yoga poses that are age appropriate as well. Additionally, we will incorporate mindful breathing and a short mommy and me intertwined meditation.

This class adapts our Signature Vinyasa Yoga for the needs of pregnant women, providing a class that works with the pregnant body without sacrificing the intensity that you need to prepare for childbirth. This method of prenatal yoga gives pregnant women the opportunity to safely remain active and challenged in their vinyasa practice. Instructors are trained to provide modifications for each trimester, allowing you to not only find a level of intensity that agrees with your body, but also address the changes occurring every day.

* This class is not a gentle prenatal yoga class. Students will be provided with modifications throughout the class; however, the intent is to keep the integrity of a vinyasa flow styled class. If you are pregnant and new to yoga, consider our gentle or restorative classes.
