Little Yogi's & Mommy & ME!

Meditating

Yoga isn't just for Adults!  Yoga helps children manage anxiety, teaching them breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Yoga also helps improve a child's emotional regulation and can boost their self-esteem and self-confidence. It can also help facilitate greater awareness, mindfulness, and concentration.

Our Little Yogi's class focuses on the union of the spirit, mind and body. Our curriculum is focused around yoga basics and mindfulness. We use games, stories, imagination and kid friendly yoga poses to simplify a complex, ancient practice into something that is modern, inclusive, accessible and fun.

Class is appropriate for children ages 4-9 Recommendation one child per parent.

This class is Non-Heated.

This class is 45 minutes.

Have fun with baby while getting back to feeling like yourself again.  Interact and bond with your littles, while learning mindfulness, moving through gentle postures and finding some quiet time/meditation.  You may also make acquire some new mom friends while find support from other new parents!

 

These classes provide an opportunity for moms or dads to get out with their kiddos and explore fun ways to stay healthy and active together.  This class will be structured to cultivate physical and emotional bonding while learning yoga poses that are age appropriate as well.  Additionally, we will incorporate mindful breathing and a short mommy and me intertwined meditation.

Class is appropriate for children ages 12 months-3yrs.  Recommendation one child per parent

This class is Non-Heated.

This class is 45 minutes.
