CLASSES WE OFFER

Our class list includes a range of levels and techniques taught by our certified team of instructors. We pride ourselves in offering classes which are both dynamic and meditative, letting you move your body as well as still the mind.

Our Signature Vinyasa Class welcomes students of all levels. Expect to increase the heat, intensity, and challenge in this class. Be prepared to move your body, build strength, endurance, and flexibility. This class flows at a dynamic pace to awaken the body and clear the mind.

 

This is a Heated Class.

This 60 minute Midday class designed to ENERGIZE you! It’s a shortened version of our Signature Vinyasa class. It's the best way to break up your day! Take a little time to nourish YOURSELF!

A beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help students establish their practice. Learn the basics of Vinyasa Yoga through a structured sequence of poses. Experience the benefits of both physical movement and mindfulness in this class, tapping into your full potential.

 

This is a Lightly Heated Class.

WAKE-UP, Yogis! Start your day off on the right foot. Our Wake-Up Flow is a 60-minute version of our signature Vinyasa flow designed to get you out of bed and align your body. Wake Up and enjoy flowing and building strength. You’ll leave ENERGIZED and ready to take on your day.

COMMUNITY YOGA

Our Signature Vinyasa Flow class led by newer teachers who have completed their 200-hour certification and/or current teacher trainees.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

*Coming Soon*

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing exploration of Asana.  We use props to support the body as a way to facilitate/promote the peaceful surrender of tension and stress held throughout the body.  You'll be guided into postures, given time to soften and allow the effects of each to shape to settle in.

You'll need a yoga strap, multiple blocks, a yoga blanket and bolster(s).

Looking for a little more fire? Check out our Fusion class.  Its half of this and half of our Flow!

Experience the fusion of strength training and dynamic movement in this high-energy yoga class.  We incorporate free weights and Asana for a full-body conditioning all to the beat of the music.​

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating concepts of traditional Chinese medicine, with Asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.  The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians and nadis. This practice can be intense and therefore is not recommended for beginners or individuals who are pregnant.​

HATHA YOGA

This class will move through a series of traditional postures with a focus on safe, healthy alignment, and physical refinement. Students will move dynamically with the breath while holding postures to experience and appreciate their benefits with the goal of turning inward; allowing one to explore the pranic (energetic) effects of the practice. Furthermore, students will explore their breath with Pranayama (breath work) practice, experience a short meditation, and wrap up with relaxation. This class is great for those who are both building and expanding their practice alike.

YOGA FUSION

This class combines our Signature Vinyasa Flow Class with our Restorative Yoga Class allowing you to experience 35 minutes of flow followed by 40 minutes of restorative bliss.

Adult Ballet Class

This class combines small, isometric movements and holds with compound movements. In this 50-minute, low impact class, you’ll work your entire body, focusing on your glutes, thighs, core, and upper body. Our constantly changing routines and large variety of props ensure you’ll be challenged in every class.

ASHTANGA- MYSORE

Ready to roll out your mat and get started?

Mysore style is a self-paced class allowing students to receive individual instruction while learning the Ashtanga Yoga practice. All levels are welcome from new beginners to advanced yogis looking to deepen their understanding of the practice.

 

Students learn the fixed order of asana in the Ashtanga Yoga Method combining movement with breath. Through Vinyasa, there is continuity via the breath from one asana to the next, so that each asana builds from the previous one.  Each student is given a yoga routine according to their ability.

* This class is not a gentle prenatal yoga class.  Students will be provided with modifications throughout the class; however, the intent is to keep the integrity of a vinyasa flow styled class.  If you are pregnant and new to yoga, consider our gentle or restorative classes.

Please ensure you have consulted with your prenatal care team, and they are supportive of your participation in a yoga program. 

This class is Non-Heated.

 

This class adapts our Signature Vinyasa Yoga for the needs of pregnant women, providing a class that works with the pregnant body without sacrificing the intensity that you need to prepare for childbirth. This method of prenatal yoga gives pregnant women the opportunity to safely remain active and challenged in their vinyasa practice.  Instructors are trained to provide modifications for each trimester, allowing you to not only find a level of intensity that agrees with your body, but also address the changes occurring every day.

 

This class is a gentler style of our Hatha Yoga Class. It generally moves at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.  Modifications are done to help people of all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of yoga without putting themselves at risk for injuries. There is a stronger emphasis on stretching, seated postures and low-impact movements in these classes.
